She is also incredibly passionate about promoting diversity in leadership, having been the Head of People at the Female Leadership Academy, a volunteer-run non-profit focused on increasing diversity in leadership roles in Denmark.

As a former Program Manager at Microsoft, she has extensive experience running and hosting community and startup events, fostering connections, and building thriving ecosystems.

Having been a past participant of the SuperHost Program, Nehal understands the immense value it brings and is excited to return as a Cohort Lead. Fun fact: She has attended ~10 varied such programs in the past two years, making her well-equipped to guide and support others through this journey.

There is nothing worse than going it alone! Everyone needs a support system, including event organisers! We understand this, which is why we curate small groups in our cohorts called "hype crews". These hype crews consist of 3-4 other event organisers who you can get to know more intimately, who share your interests, strategies, struggles and wins! Our SuperHost program is offered to groups of up to 100 participants, and we throw a range of optional community events & catch ups in between lessons across Melbourne & Sydney so you can make in person valuable connections with LikeMinded SuperHosts. We also encourage pods & breakout discussions in our interactive sessions, so you always have someone to bounce ideas off!

The program is hosted online via Butter which allows for an interactive, cameras on, workshop vibe! We enjoy breakout rooms regularly so you can network as well as learn.
The program for cohort #2 will commence on the 28th of October 2024.
We will tell you! We will follow up with all waitlisted people to book in a 10 minute discovery call to see if it's a fit and to answer any questions you may have. Following this you will be notified of your acceptance into the program if you are successful! We will then take payment and onboard you.
We accept members into our program who are actively planning to organise or are already running and planning events. If you are unsure what kind of events you want to start running, we recommend diving in anyway as we have a great ideation and discovery section of our program that covers this in detail.
Resources:
After week 8 you will have access to all our resources, slack channel etc for an additional 30 days to ensure you get everything you need! After this you have the option to renew your cohort membership with us to stay connected in all our channels, attend all our events and go through the cohort again to meet even more amazing event organisers! We also add new features and benefits every cohort. Alumni Admission prices are $299.00 AUD. Alternatively you can choose to graduate the Super Host program & you will be granted our Super Host graduation certificate!
